  • SPEND & SAVE PROMOTION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • The Spend & Save Promotion is offered by Perfect Assistance and is available on eligible orders placed through perfectassistance.com.au.
  • The promotion is available until further notice. Perfect Assistance may amend or withdraw the promotion, but this will not affect orders already accepted.
  • The applicable discount is determined by the eligible product subtotal shown in the customer’s cart, including GST and after any existing sale prices or product-level reductions, but before delivery charges or optional services.
  • A qualifying order may contain one eligible product or several eligible products. All products must be purchased together in a single transaction. Separate orders cannot be combined.
  • The promotional tiers are:• $1,000–$1,999.99: 5% off and free standard delivery
    • $2,000–$2,999.99: 10% off and free standard delivery
    • $3,000–$3,999.99: 15% off and free standard delivery
    • $4,000 or more: 20% off and free standard delivery
  • Only the highest eligible discount applies. The discounts are not cumulative. For example, an eligible order of $4,000 receives 20% off, not a combination of all promotional tiers.
  • The discount applies to the current selling price of eligible products and is applied automatically at checkout. It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another order discount, promotional code, negotiated price or special quotation unless expressly stated.
  • Gift cards, delivery charges, installation, assembly, separately negotiated quotations and other optional services do not contribute to the minimum spend.
  • Free standard delivery applies to eligible orders delivered to Australian addresses serviced by our standard carrier network. It does not include express delivery, installation, assembly, upstairs delivery, re-delivery after an unsuccessful delivery attempt or other special handling services. Any additional charges will be disclosed before the order is confirmed.
  • All orders remain subject to product availability and acceptance by Perfect Assistance.
  • If an eligible product is returned, any refund will be based on the amount actually paid for that product. If a partial return causes the remaining order value to fall below the original promotional threshold, the applicable discount may be recalculated.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • If the promotion does not appear correctly at checkout, customers should contact Perfect Assistance before completing their purchase.
